2009 SPONSORSHIP

Dear Friends and Neighbors:

Lakeside Girls Fastpitch Softball League is a non-profit all-volunteer program providing girls with a safe environment to learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership through the game of softball. Last season we had over 250 girls playing softball in our league.

It is the goal of the 2009 Board of Directors of Lakeside Girls Fastpitch Softball League to provide the best playing fields and equipment possible to the girls in our community. Our fields are in constant need of renovation and improvement. Some of our projects this year include fixing all mounds and batter boxes, including bullpen-pitching mounds, foul ball poles for all fields, leveling the playing surfaces, and possibly buying some new field maintenance equipment. If you cannot make a cash donation at this time, please consider a donation of materials or services.

There are several levels of sponsorship available - please see the attached form for all information. We sincerely hope your business is able to help our girls by providing the support needed to meet our goals.

Lakeside Girls Fastpitch Softball League is a registered tax exempt, non-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

$350 FULL SPONSORSHIP:
For this contribution, your business name, phone number, and company logo will appear in our Spring 2009 Program Book and on our website. The league will provide a Thank You Plaque with a team photo, and a large vinyl banner will be displayed on our playing fields for the entire season.

$200 HALF SPONSORSHIP:
For this contribution, your business name, phone number, and company logo will appear in our Spring 2009 Program Book and on our website. The league will provide a Thank You Plaque with a team photo, and a medium vinyl banner will be displayed on our playing fields for the entire season.

$100 FULL PAGE AD:
For this contribution, a full-page ad with your business name, phone number, and company logo will appear in our Spring 2009 Program Book.

$60 HALF PAGE AD:
For this contribution, a half-page ad with your business name, phone number, and company logo will appear in our Spring 2009 Program Book.

$30 BUSINESS CARD AD:
For this contribution, your business card will appear in our 2009 Spring Program Book.
